Food Technologist - Beverage

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Food Technologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the formulation, production, new product development and quality control of our non-carbonated soft drinks and juices. This role requires a deep understanding of food science, beverage technology, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize formulations for new and existing carbonated soft drink products.
• Conduct research and development to innovate new flavors and improve product quality.
• Oversee the production process to ensure consistency and adherence to quality standards.
• Implement and maintain food safety and quality assurance protocols.
• Conduct sensory evaluations and product testing to ensure product excellence.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, marketing, and supply chain to achieve company goals.
• Monitor and analyze market trends to stay ahead of industry developments.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within the food and beverages industry, preferably in carbonated soft drinks.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards.
• Experience in formulation and product development.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in using food science laboratory equipment and software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
