The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the formulation, production, new product development and quality control of our non-carbonated soft drinks and juices. This role requires a deep understanding of food science, beverage technology, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Develop and optimize formulations for new and existing carbonated soft drink products. Conduct research and development to innovate new flavors and improve product quality. Oversee the production process to ensure consistency and adherence to quality standards. Implement and maintain food safety and quality assurance protocols. Conduct sensory evaluations and product testing to ensure product excellence. Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety regulations and industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, marketing, and supply chain to achieve company goals. Monitor and analyze market trends to stay ahead of industry developments. Provide technical support and training to production staff. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within the food and beverages industry, preferably in carbonated soft drinks. Strong knowledge of food safety standards. Experience in formulation and product development. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Proficient in using food science laboratory equipment and software.
