Job Responsibilities
1. Assist the Captain in day-to-day restaurant operations.
2. Learn table setup, service sequence, order taking, and billing process.
3. Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service.
4. Coordinate with stewards, kitchen, and cashier for smooth operations.
5. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
6. Handle guest queries and complaints under supervision.
7. Gradually take responsibility for a restaurant section.
8. Presentable, disciplined, and customer-focused.
