Role Description

We are looking for a Food and Beverage Service - GSA (Guest Service Associate) to join our team in a full-time capacity. This on-site role is based in Port Blair. Responsibilities include welcoming and serving guests, taking food and beverage orders, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the restaurant area. The GSA will collaborate with the culinary and service teams to deliver exceptional service and maintain customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations to manage guest orders and dining experiences effectively.
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact warmly and professionally with guests.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Prior experience in food and beverage or hospitality roles is preferred, but not mandatory.
• A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
