Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greeting guests, taking orders, and providing friendly and efficient service.

Order Taking and Delivery:

Accurately recording orders and delivering food and beverages to guests, sometimes even assisting with basic food preparation.

Cash Handling and POS Operation:

Processing payments, handling cash transactions, and operating point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Maintaining Cleanliness:

Clearing tables, cleaning and sanitizing service areas, and ensuring a tidy environment for guests.

Assisting with Set-up and Breakdown:

Helping with the setup and breakdown of dining areas, including table settings and buffet stations.

Maintaining Stock and Supplies:

Ensuring adequate levels of food, beverages, and other supplies are available.

Food Safety and Hygiene:

Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards, especially when handling food and beverages.

Handling Complaints:

Addressing customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Knowledge of Menu and Beverages:

Understanding the menu, ingredients, and preparation methods of food and beverages to answer customer inquiries.

Upselling:

Suggesting additional items or specials to increase sales.

Working in a Team:

Collaborating with other staff members to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
