Food and Beverage Associate

As a Food & Beverage Associate at Xpanse Coffee, your role will involve delivering an exceptional caf experience by assisting in daily operations, ensuring top-quality service, and maintaining the highest standards of food and beverage preparation. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook a variety of dishes (e.g., sandwiches, salads, pastries) as per standardized recipes. - Assist in the preparation of hot and cold beverages (coffee, tea, smoothies, specialty drinks) while ensuring strict adherence to recipes and portion control for consistency. - Use fresh, high-quality ingredients, monitor inventory to prevent spoilage, and ensure all items meet caf standards in taste, texture, and presentation. Collect and respond to customer feedback to drive product improvements. - Follow food safety regulations, maintain hygiene in preparation areas, comply with HACCP guidelines to ensure safe food handling and storage, and minimize waste by properly disposing of food waste and packaging. - Monitor daily inventory levels of food and beverage ingredients, coordinate with the purchase team for timely restocking, and implement FIFO for stock rotation and freshness. - Collaborate with kitchen staff, baristas, and service teams for smooth operations, ensuring timely preparation and delivery of orders, especially during peak hours. - Safely operate kitchen appliances and coffee machines, clean and maintain equipment regularly, and report malfunctions to the caf manager. Qualifications Required: - Education: Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred) - Experience: Total Work: 1 year (Preferred), QSR: 1 year (Preferred) - Freshers may also apply In this role, you will be working full-time on a day shift at the Xpanse Coffee location in person.,
