Welcome guests to the restaurant, direct them to their tables, and ensure they have a pleasant dining experience. They must be able to answer customer questions, take orders, and handle customer complaints. They must also be able to manage seating arrangements, maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the dining area, and keep up-to-date with menu items and specials. In addition, they must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, be able to work under pressure, and be able to maintain a professional and friendly way.
