Experience : 12-16 Years. Industry Preference: Food /Pharma /Spice Location Preference: Karnataka Duties and responsibilities: 1. Planning, Execution and Supervising entire plant operations. 2. Facility Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance and Break down maintenance. 3. Production and Maintenance reports in SAP 4. Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget 5. Handling the team of Production and Maintenance 6. Ensure all the dispatches as per the dispatch schedules with food safety standards. Functional Knowledge: Plant Operations, Food Safety, GMP, SAP Knowledge, Manpower Management Key Skill Sets: Observation Skill, Innovation, Teamwork, Communication, Technical Skills. Critical Exposure/Experience: Solvent Extraction Plant Experience Key Accountability: Plant Operations (production and Maintenance).
