Role Description This is a role for a Customer Service Representative located in Navi Mumbai. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, support requests, and ensure customer satisfaction and experience. The role involves daily interaction with clients, providing assistance and resolving issues efficiently to maintain high levels of customer service. Qualifications Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience skills Proficiency in managing Customer Satisfaction Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle and resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Relevant experience in a similar role is advantageous Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field is preferred
