Business Development – Affiliate Marketing Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Affiliate Business Development Executive to join. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, strategic partnerships, and business growth initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing high-value affiliate partners, networks, and direct advertisers to expand our reach and drive measurable results. Industry Focus Affiliate Marketing (Strictly) Core Verticals CPL, Nurta, Travel & E-commerce Required Experience Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Affiliate Marketing/Business Development Key Responsibilities Identify, negotiate, and onboard affiliate networks, campaigns, and direct advertisers. Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, networks, and media buyers. Manage partner performance, optimize campaign results, and ensure timely payouts. Collaborate with internal teams to track KPIs, analyze data, and enhance ROI. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new business opportunities. Skills & Qualifications Demonstrated success in onboarding networks and managing campaigns . Strong network of direct buyers, advertisers, and affiliate partners . In-depth knowledge of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and performance metrics . Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Data-driven approach with expertise in performance reporting and campaign optimization. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-focused environment.
