Flutter Lead

As a Flutter Lead at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading the development of high-quality mobile applications using the Flutter framework. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features, ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications, mentoring and guiding junior developers, identifying and resolving bottlenecks and bugs, maintaining code quality, organization, and automatization, participating in code reviews, and contributing to improving development processes. Additionally, you will coordinate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and services. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development of high-quality mobile applications using the Flutter framework. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features. - Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. - Mentor and guide junior developers in the team. - Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs. - Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes. - Coordinate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and services. Qualifications Required: - 4 to 6 years of professional experience in mobile app development. - Strong expertise in Flutter and Dart. - Proven experience in either Android (Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) native development. - In-depth understanding of Bloc pattern. - Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries. - Knowledge of modern mobile architectures (MVC, MVP, MVVM). - Familiarity with version control systems (Git). - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. In addition to the above qualifications, preferred qualifications include experience with Firebase and other cloud services, familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies, understanding of UI/UX principles and design patterns, and prior experience in leading a team of developers.
