About the Role Were hiring a senior Flutter developer to help us build a cross-platform, high-trust consumer application from the ground up. Youll work directly with the founding team to own key parts of our mobile stack, delivering responsive, secure, and scalable experiences. Were looking for someone whos not just fast with UI but thinks deeply about architecture, offline design, state control, and user safety. Youll be expected to lead with both code and thought — and help us build the right things, the right way. What You’ll Do Build, test, and ship scalable Flutter features across iOS and Android. Design and maintain modular, testable architecture using BLoC or equivalent event-driven patterns Implement offline-first local storage and background sync workflows Ensure secure data handling, including encryption, biometric access, and lifecycle control Optimize for performance, memory, and UX on mid- and low-end devices Collaborate closely with design, backend, and product to shape flows from scratch Review code, share context, and help drive best practices across the codebase Must-Have Skills 4–7 years of mobile development experience, with 3+ years in Flutter Deep proficiency in BLoC, stream-based state management, and scalable architecture patterns Experience implementing offline data sync, secure local storage, and sensitive state handling Strong understanding of Flutter cross-platform nuances, adaptive UIs, and native integration Solid grasp of testing (unit, widget), debugging, and performance profiling Comfortable working in small, high-ownership teams Best to Have Familiarity with AI-powered tooling in your development flow (e.g. GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT-assisted refactors, AI test generation) Ability to think AI-first when designing features or internal tooling Experience with CI/CD, Play Store/App Store releases, and OTA updates Exposure to secure or regulated domains (fintech, health, infra, legal) Contributions to reusable libraries, internal frameworks, or developer tooling
