Key Responsibilities:

• Core Development:

  Design and code complex, high-performance applications for Android and iOS using the Flutter framework.

• System Architecture:

  Translate requirements into precise system specifications and implement scalable architectures (Clean/MVVM).

• Performance Engineering:

  Identify performance bottlenecks (jank, memory leaks) and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

• Code Quality:

  Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; conduct rigorous peer code reviews and write test cases based on specifications.

• Integration:

  Seamlessly integrate RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and backend services.

• Platform Management:

  Handle the complete app lifecycle, from development to build.

Requirements:

  100% Work from Office Noida Sector 90

• Tech Stack:

  Strong, non-negotiable experience in

  Flutter & Dart

  (Minimum 2+ years specifically in Flutter).

• Experience:

  Total 2-5+ years of software development experience.

• Logical Skills:

  Strong aptitude for logical thinking, algorithm design, and problem-solving.

• Process:

  Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and version control (Git).

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Native Development:

  Ability to write custom platform-specific code using

  Kotlin (Android)

  or

  Swift (iOS)

  for features not supported by plugins.

• Advanced Animations:

  Experience using CustomPainter, RenderObjects, and complex animation controllers.

• Offline-First Architecture:

  Hands-on experience with local databases like

  Hive, SQLite (sqflite), or Drift

  and data synchronization logic.

• TDD/BDD:

  Practical experience with Test Driven Development and writing comprehensive

  Integration Tests

• WebSockets/gRPC:

  Experience with real-time communication protocols beyond standard REST APIs.
