Experience 4+ Yrs Location- Mumbai Who are we looking for? A flutter developer with 5 to 8 years of experience for critical product development for one of our client in banking domain. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications. Experience : Total 5+ years of experience in UI development (SPAs). Experience should include building robust cross-platform web applications. Minimum 3+ years of development experience in Flutter Should have led the team of minimum 5 members for more than 3 years Technical Skills: Design and Build sophisticated and highly scalable web applications using Flutter. Designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and deploying software in the Flutter framework and Dart language. Flutter 3.24, Dart 3.5, Node js 20+,Bootstrap 5 Will be responsible for web app development, UI/UX implementation, code debugging, performance optimization, and the integration of APIs. Developing user interface components and implementing them by following well-known Flutter / Dart workflows and practices. Communicating with product and engineering leads to implement business and project objectives. Code review of team members' commits as part of CI/CD cycle. Participate in testing, quality assurance and bug fixes as part of the CI/CD cycle. Good understanding of state management, Flutter flavors and app architecture. Strong communications and consultative skills. Self-initiated and proactive. Experience in a remote software development environment. Banking domain experience – good to have Degree in software engineering, computer science, or software development is a plus. Nice to haves: Firebase, Azure DevOps, Translate and Build the designs and Wireframes into high quality responsive UI code. Explore feasible architectures for implementing new features, well versed in using design patterns. Resolve any problems existing in the system and suggest and add new features in the complete system. Suggest space and time efficient Data Structures. Follow the best practices while developing also keeping everything structured and well documented. Document the project and code efficiently. Manage the code and project on Git in order to keep in sync with other team members and managers. Ensure security guidelines are always followed while developing the app. Capable of explaining and sorting issues about software system design and maintenance. Perform time profiling and memory leaks assessment. Experienced to write unit tests to provide 100% code coverage and to guide, monitor team to achieve the same Good understanding of state management, Flutter flavors and web & app architecture. Knowledge of web analytics. Exposure to write code keeping performance and security in mind. Behavioral Skills : Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project. Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction. Strong communications and consultative skills. Self-initiated and proactive.
