We are looking for a Flutter Developer with 2-4 years of experience in building high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart, and should be proficient in managing full mobile app development life cycle from design through deployment. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter Work on UI/UX design to deliver visually appealing and user-friendly applications Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries into apps Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following modern development practices Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers Maintain high performance and responsiveness of applications Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning Must-Have Skills: 2-4 years of experience in mobile application development Strong experience with Flutter and Dart Experience with State Management techniques (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc) Proficient in integrating REST APIs and Firebase services Strong understanding of responsive UI design Familiarity with mobile app deployment to Play Store and App Store Knowledge of code versioning tools like Git Good to Have: Experience in native Android/iOS development Familiarity with CI/CD tools for mobile Understanding of App Security & Performance Optimization Prior work in Fintech or similar high-scale consumer apps Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
