We are seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Engineer Naps Trainee to join our team at FLSmidth Cement. As a trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in logistics, procurement, and process engineering, supporting the manufacturing and delivery of world-class cement manufacturing equipment. This role provides an excellent platform to learn and grow within a global engineering company. Key Responsibilities Support the logistics team in planning, tracking, and coordinating shipments of equipment and spare parts. Assist in purchase order processing, vendor follow-ups, and supplier coordination to ensure timely procurement of materials. Contribute to process engineering projects by analyzing workflows and suggesting improvements for cost, quality, and efficiency. Prepare and maintain documentation related to supply chain operations (shipping documents, purchase records, vendor reports). Work with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle or similar) for order management and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, quality, and vendors). Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in professional English. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial/Production/Equivalent/EEE/ECE). Strong interest in supply chain, logistics, and process engineering. Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
