We are looking for the smart and dynamic personality to handle the job roll of Floor Supervisor in vehicle service workshop. Person with graduation and having good knowledge of heavy vehicle service and parts can grow their experience and utilize their knowledge with leading service center of Ashok Leyland. Immediate joiners will be preferred. Primarily responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring quality work, and maintaining a safe and efficient environment. Will be responsible for handling tasks like work allocation, performance monitoring, and providing technical guidance to technicians. Supervising daily operations, includes planning, scheduling, assigning, and reviewing work for all technicians and other staff. Prioritizing jobs, allocating them to the right technicians, and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion. Ensuring the workshop is clean, organized, and meets safety and environmental regulations. Overseeing the quality of repairs and maintenance work, ensuring it meets standards and minimizing repeat complaints. Conducting final inspections and road tests to ensure vehicles are properly repaired before returning them to customers. Education: Higher Secondary Examination. Graduation (in any specialization). ITI / Diploma (Mechanicals).
