Job Title: Floor Supervisor – Jewelry Showroom (Counter Sales Specialist)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Floor Supervisor with proven counter sales experience to lead daily operations in our premium jewelry showroom. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional customer service, drive sales performance, and maintain operational excellence across the showroom floor, (experience in related field must)

Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership & Floor Management

• Supervise and motivate showroom staff to meet daily sales targets and service standards
• Allocate counter responsibilities and ensure optimal staff coverage during peak hours
• Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews to maintain team alignment

Counter Sales & Customer Engagement

• Personally handle high-value customer interactions and assist in product selection
• Educate customers on jewelry specifications, certifications, and care
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue per transaction

Sales & Inventory Oversight

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory team for replenishments
• Ensure accurate tagging, pricing, and display of merchandise
• Track daily sales and prepare performance reports for management

Compliance & Store Standards

• Enforce showroom SOPs, safety protocols, and hygiene standards
• Ensure secure handling of precious metals and stones
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary

RequirementDetails

• EducationGraduate in any discipline (Retail/Business preferred)
• Experience3–5 years in jewelry retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• SkillsTeam leadership, sales acumen, product knowledge, POS systems, customer service
• Attributes Presentable, trustworthy, numerically sound, persuasive communicator

Preferred:

• Familiarity with hallmarking, diamond grading, and gold purity standards
• Experience with CRM tools and showroom automation systems
• Multilingual ability (especially regional languages) for customer rapport

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
