Job Role:
Responsible for maintaining service quality on the workshop floor by inspecting vehicles, monitoring technician performance, and ensuring compliance with OEM standards.
Responsibilities:
Perform pre-delivery and post-service quality checks.
Ensure proper diagnosis, repair, and service workflow.
Identify quality gaps and recommend improvements.
Check usage of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
Maintain daily quality documentation and inspection reports.
Coordinate with service leaders to minimize rework and improve customer satisfaction.
Skills:
Automobile technical knowledge, floor supervision ability, quality check experience, reporting skills.
