Floor Manager - Textiles Showroom

We are currently looking for a proactive and experienced Floor Manager to take charge of the daily operations at our textile showroom. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless workflow, supervising the sales team, managing inventory, and improving overall customer satisfaction. It is essential that the ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field, along with at least 4 years of experience in the textile retail/showroom or fashion industry. Strong leadership and team management skills are a must, as well as a solid understanding of textile products, fabrics, and industry trends. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
