Floor Manager

As a part of this role, you will be responsible for assigning tasks and responsibilities to employees based on their skills and work experience. You will conduct team meetings and check-ins to understand any concerns or challenges faced by the employees. Furthermore, you will play a vital role in assisting employees in developing additional skills and knowledge through staff development programmes, workshops, and training sessions.
