FLOOR MANAGER AND FLOOR SUPERVISOR

Customer Service & Sales

• Ensure every customer is greeted and attended promptly.

• Oversee the sales process and support staff in closing sales.

• Handle escalated customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.

• Ensure customers receive accurate product knowledge and guidance.

Team Supervision

• Monitor and guide floor staff including sales executives, greeters, and support staff.

• Allocate duties and manage staff schedules/shift rotations.

• Ensure grooming, dress code, and behaviour standards are maintained.

• Motivate team to achieve individual and overall sales targets.

Showroom Operations

• Maintain proper display, cleanliness, and ambience of the showroom.

• Coordinate with inventory team for stock availability and replenishment.

• Ensure proper billing, documentation, and compliance at the counters.

• Monitor safety, security, and adherence to company policies.

Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare daily sales, footfall, and customer feedback reports.

• Share performance updates with Showroom Manager.

• Coordinate with other departments (Accounts, Inventory, Admin) for smooth operations.
