In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, handling inbound inquiries, converting prospects into customers, and supporting the sales pipeline through telephone, email, and online communication. Your goal will be to promote and sell travel packages, tours, and other travel-related services. Key Responsibilities:Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable travel products (domestic and international tours, flights, hotels, etc.). Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and meet/exceed monthly sales targets. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and bookings using CRM software. Assist customers with itinerary planning, pricing, and payment options. Collaborate with the operations and reservations teams to ensure smooth post-sales service. Stay updated on industry trends, destinations, travel regulations, and competitor offerings. Handle post-sales customer queries and maintain long-term client relationships. Participate in promotional campaigns, webinars, and travel expos as needed. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Good knowledge of travel destinations, packages, and booking platforms.
