The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting travel packages and services to potential customers via phone calls and digital communication. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote domestic and international travel packages Understand customer travel needs and recommend suitable packages Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into bookings Achieve monthly sales targets and incentive goals Maintain a database of customer interactions and transactions Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support Requirements:Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate 6 months to 2 years of telesales or customer service experience (Travel industry preferred but not mandatory) Good communication and persuasion skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email) Ability to handle pressure and meet targets Passion for the travel and tourism sector
