We are expanding our team and looking for experienced professionals passionate about the travel industry at our branch in Ernakulam

Position: Flight Ticketing Staff / Reservation Executive

Experience: 1.5 to 2 years
Gender: Female candidates preferred
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle international and domestic flight ticket bookings and reissuances.
• Manage customer reservations through GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).
• Provide accurate flight information, fare quotes, and itinerary options to clients.
• Coordinate with airlines and suppliers for fare rules, cancellations, and refunds.
• Maintain detailed records of bookings, invoices, and client communication.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.
• Support walk-in clients, phone, and email enquiries effectively.

Requirements:

• 1.5 to 2 years of experience in flight ticketing or reservation handling.
• Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced travel office environment.
