Flight Operations Officer (Helicopter)

As a Helicopter Operations Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and execute tasks related to helicopter flight operations with a focus on ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and flight safety. Your accountability will include maintaining various documentation such as flight plans, manifests, Crew Briefing Sheets, NOTAMS, etc., to ensure compliance for audit purposes. Additionally, you will be required to coordinate with the Training Centre for crew training slots and liaise with relevant authorities for regulatory permissions and clearances. Your role will involve timely coordination with entities such as AAI, CISF, ALU, FRRO Airline, Immigration customs, and local administrations to secure necessary approvals for Helipad landing. You will also be responsible for planning and coordinating travel arrangements for pilots, booking travel for guests, and arranging accommodations. Monitoring weather conditions, coordinating with relevant systems, and obtaining Notams from ATC will be essential tasks to ensure the smooth operation of flights. In case of any schedule changes, you will need to promptly inform the shift in-charge, department, and crew members. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Helicopter Operations with a strong understanding of Charter Operations, Aviation Legislation, and DGCA CAR. Proficiency in written and verbal communication, along with well-developed interpersonal skills, will be crucial for effective performance in this role. The ability to work independently and ensure safety and security for aircraft, passengers, baggage, and cargo in coordination with relevant authorities is essential for success in this position.,
