Flight Controls Development Engineer

You will be responsible for developing and modeling flight controls, auto flight, hydraulics, and high lift system simulation models. Your role will involve verifying and validating system functions and ensuring the seamless integration of the models on various simulation platforms. Additionally, you will define the evolutions of the models based on evaluation sessions and change requests. Collaboration with system designers and testing teams during V&V campaigns across multiple aircraft programs will be a key aspect of your work. You will also be involved in the development of tools to support analysis and V&V processes. This position requires a strong awareness of potential compliance risks and a firm commitment to act with integrity, as these are fundamental to the company's success, reputation, and sustainable growth.
