This role will be responsible for driving the Automotive Business, delivery, business strategy and growth.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the delivery of all Automotive Projects :
- Lead, mentor, retention and motivate high performance project resources for seamless delivery across engagements for all clients
- Establish operating procedures, work assignments, planning, and all project management activities across the delivery organization and meet targets for project revenue, profitability and utilization
- Design and implement frameworks for performance optimization, scalability, security, reusability for delivery excellence and customer delight
- Take complete ownership for Delivery Governance of all the accounts and carry out regular project audits to evaluate SLA, compliance and quality
- Maintain key customer relationships.
- Lead the new customer acquisition initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal functional organisations like practice/Competency, operations, sales teams to achieve business targets
- Provide strategic direction, motivation, leadership & proven general management ability to successfully increase profitability.
- Formulate strategic and growth plan to increase business size and profitability of the Automotive projects.
- Work closely with peers and other members of the Senior Leadership in the BU to formulate and implement long term growth strategy for the BU and Organization.
- Enable a great engineering culture with the right people, processes and innovation and set the right performance standards to deliver strategic business out comes
- Ensure that internal projects and initiatives related to project delivery are aligned with overall business strategy and priorities of the firm
- Create a leadership pipeline to drive and sustain the future growth
- Diagnose project delivery issues and initiate actions to maintain or improve levels of service
- Introduce best practices, agile methodologies and engineering standards; institute change when necessary and appropriate

Candidate Profile
- 10 years of experience, currently leading sizable engineering team, responsible for P&L / Sales, delivery of engineering software and hardware products for Automotive Electronics.
- The candidate should be technically sound with an entrepreneurial and global mindset.
- Should be transformational leader who is highly energetic and can actively engage stake holders
- Hands-on customer interaction that allows the individual to understand true customer needs with a proven track record of managing the expectations of a global customer base.
- Must be a hands-on and be able to inspire and build confidence in the management team to ensure the companys continued growth.
- Must also have integrity and a desire to bring out the best in people as well as instil a sense of loyalty and purpose.
- Excellent Leadership competence, Organizational talent, Communication skills.
- Must be intelligent, mature and a self-confident professional who communicates effectively at all levels of the organization.
