The job involves full-time, on-site roles in Chennai for Flexo Operators, Slitting Operators, Production Executives, and Coordinators. Your responsibilities will include operating machinery, monitoring and ensuring quality control on production lines, and facilitating communication and coordination within the production team. Additionally, you will be involved in training new staff and ensuring compliance with safety standards. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in Machine Operation and Quality Control, along with experience in managing and working on Production Lines. Strong Communication and Coordination skills are essential, as well as the ability to effectively provide Training to new employees. You should also possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in the packaging industry would be a plus. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with further technical training being advantageous.,
