We’re looking to hire an experienced Flexible Printing Ink Specialist with in-depth knowledge of ink formulation, production, and application across Flexographic, Gravure, and PET film substrates. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end ink production: formulation, mixing, testing, and quality control Troubleshoot printing issues on flexible substrates like PET, BOPP, LDPE, etc. Support customers with technical guidance and ink customization Collaborate with R&D for improving ink properties (adhesion, gloss, drying) Ensure compliance with industry and safety standards Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in flexible packaging inks (Flexo/Gravure) Strong knowledge of pigments, resins, solvents, and ink performance factors Familiarity with printing press operations and client troubleshooting Degree/Diploma in Chemistry or Printing Technology preferred What We Offer: Competitive salary Growth opportunities in a fast-moving company Supportive work culture Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
