Flex Printing Operator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Flex Printing Operator to operate and maintain flexographic printing machines. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of flexographic printing processes, color matching, and machine maintenance. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate flexographic printing machines to produce high-quality prints according to client specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor print quality and make adjustments as necessary to maintain consistency and accuracy.
• Mix inks and prepare materials for printing.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure printed products meet company standards.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate color matching and print specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines and company policies.
• Keep detailed records of production runs, maintenance activities, and any issues encountered during the printing process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹96,000.00 - ₹336,000.00 per year
