Fleet Engineer

Role Overview: As a Full-Stack Developer at our company, you will have full-stack ownership of significant areas of the code for both new feature/functionality development as well as maintaining/redesigning existing areas of the product. Your primary focus will be on performance, scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability of the product. You will collaborate with other engineering teams to build a holistic fleet product and actively participate in ongoing process enhancements and software development practices. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to influence the technical roadmap and introduce new concepts and technology to the team, pushing the company to continue to be a technology leader in the industry. Key Responsibilities: - Take full-stack ownership of significant areas of the code for new feature/functionality development and maintenance/redesign of existing product areas. - Focus on performance, scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability of the product. - Collaborate with other engineering teams to build a holistic fleet product. - Actively participate in ongoing process enhancements and software development practices. - Influence the technical roadmap and introduce new concepts and technology to enable compelling user experiences. Qualifications Required: - Excellent problem-solving skills and versatility - Experience working with large systems and applications - Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases - Strong computer science fundamentals and ability to apply concepts creatively - Experience working in startup environments with aggressive deadlines - High attention to detail and diligence - Quick to understand complex systems and their makeup with a proven background in building sound, scalable architectures.,
