Job Description

Develop new and innovative flavors for a variety of products, including beverages, sweet goods, and dairy, using both natural and synthetic ingredients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and quality assurance, to ensure timely and successful product launches.
Develop and maintain a library of flavor profiles and formulations, ensuring consistency and quality of flavors across product lines.
Utilize a deep understanding of market trends and consumer preferences to develop products that align with business prospects and drive sales growth.
Work with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and ensure regulatory compliance.
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to flavor creation and sensory science.
Conduct sensory evaluations and consumer testing to ensure flavors meet product specifications and market demands.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
At least five years of experience in flavor creation, with a focus on beverages, sweet goods, and dairy.Role & responsibilities
