Job Description : Flaviour is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations & Fulfillment Executive to join our Calicut office. This role is essential in ensuring smooth backend operations, timely order processing, and efficient inventory and logistics management. Key Responsibilities : Order Packing & Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders from our warehouse. Courier Coordination: Schedule and manage daily courier pickups and ensure timely delivery execution across platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Website, etc.). Inventory Management: Track stock levels of raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM), and finished goods; update inventory records regularly. Procurement Support: Assist in sourcing and purchasing RM/PM based on inventory thresholds. Customer Support: Handle basic customer queries related to order status, delivery, and product information via email, call, or WhatsApp. General Operations: Provide hands-on support in day-to-day office and warehouse activities.
