Fixture spares planning, procurement and Inventory management. Planning of monthly fixture calibration, prepare calibration schedule and monitor the adherence. Daily monitoring of fixture related break down, MTTR and MTBF on Fixtures. Deep diving on fixture break downs and preventive measures for not to repeat. Implementation of poka yoke in current fixture to avoid manual errors. Continual improvement on current fixtures and New fixtures. Perform detailed analysis in fixtures related losses.
