Fixed Asset Accounting & Automation Specialist

Role Overview: You will be a dynamic Accounting Professional with expertise in Fixed Assets and advanced proficiency in Excel and Macros to drive automation within the finance processes of Innosolv Professional Solutions Private Limited (Innosolv Pro). Your main responsibility will be managing the end-to-end fixed asset lifecycle, improving efficiency, and developing scalable tools for a fast-paced tech organization. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the complete fixed assets accounting cycle, including capitalization, depreciation, disposals, and reconciliations. - Maintain accurate fixed asset registers in compliance with accounting standards and company policies. - Design and implement Excel-based automation templates, macros, and process improvement tools for fixed asset and related accounting activities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, FP&A, Procurement, and IT) to ensure proper asset tracking and integration into financial systems. - Automate recurring accounting processes and reporting dashboards to enhance accuracy and efficiency. - Partner with auditors (internal & external) during audits, ensuring compliance and providing required schedules. - Provide insights through data analysis and reporting on asset utilization, depreciation trends, and process improvements. - Support ERP enhancements, process documentation, and controls related to fixed assets. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA / CPA preferred but not mandatory). - 4-7 years of experience in accounting with strong exposure to fixed asset management in a tech company or high-growth industry. - Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP, or IND AS) related to assets. - Advanced Excel skills with expertise in macros, VBA, and automation for financial reporting and reconciliations. - Prior experience in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) is highly desirable. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.,
