Fitting Trail Model

As a Fitting Model & Design Support Trainee, you will play a crucial role in the design team. Your responsibilities will include: - Participating in fit trials as a standard body reference for ongoing styles - Providing feedback on comfort, fit, and garment movement during sessions - Collaborating with pattern/sampling teams on pinning, ease, balance, and fit corrections - Maintaining physical standards while attending all scheduled fittings punctually As a Design Support Trainee, you will have the opportunity to: - Assist in trend research, fabric sourcing, and reference boards - Help organize seasonal samples and contribute to print/trim development - Be involved in internal design meetings and fittings to gain exposure and enhance your learning experience We are looking for individuals with the following qualifications: - Keen interest in fashion design and garment construction - Good observation and feedback skills - Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn - Preferably students or recent graduates from a fashion/apparel background - A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with at least 1 year of experience as a trial model This full-time position is based in Ludhiana, Punjab, and offers Provident Fund benefits with a day shift schedule.
