Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Maintenance Fitter to join our team at our Savli location. The candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of mechanical equipment and systems to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and inspection of plant equipment, machinery, and tools.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
Install, align, and assemble machinery and mechanical equipment according to specifications.
Maintain and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems.
Ensure proper functioning of all production and support equipment.
Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals.
Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards during all maintenance activities.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve technical challenges.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records.

Skills and Qualifications:

ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in a maintenance fitter role, preferably in manufacturing or production facilities.
Proficient in the use of tools, equipment, and machinery required for maintenance.
Hands-on experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in industries such as heavy engineering, manufacturing, or automotive.
Knowledge of modern maintenance software/tools.
Certification in ITI-Fitter
