Job Description

Position: Fitter – Piping

Department: Mechanical / Construction

Requirements:

ITI / Diploma in Fitter (Mechanical) or equivalent trade.
2–5 years of experience in piping/mechanical construction projects.
Knowledge of different types of pipes, fittings, flanges, valves, and materials.
Ability to read fabrication drawings and follow instructions accurately.
Familiarity with testing methods (hydro/pneumatic).
Physically fit and willing to work at site locations

Location: Gurgaon ,Rajasthan

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret piping drawings, isometric diagrams, and specifications.
Measure, cut, and prepare pipes as per design requirements.
Carry out fitting, alignment, and installation of piping systems (carbon steel, stainless steel, GI, HDPE, etc.).
Perform tack welding, grinding, and basic fabrication work related to pipe supports and joints.
Ensure proper threading, grooving, bending, and end preparation of pipes.
Assist welders during welding and check fit-up of pipe joints before welding.
Conduct hydro testing and pneumatic testing of piping systems under supervision.
Ensure all fittings and assemblies meet quality standards and project specifications.
Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
Follow site safety rules and company HSE policies at all times.

Requirements:

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
