Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fitness Trainer at Slam Fitness & Lifestyle Studio in RS Puram Branch, Coimbatore. The Fitness Trainer will conduct group exercise sessions, provide personalized fitness training, and ensure the safety and well-being of clients during workouts. Responsibilities include assessing client fitness levels, designing customized fitness programs, offering guidance on exercise techniques, and providing motivation to help clients achieve their fitness goals. Collaborating with team members and maintaining a clean and welcoming workout environment are also essential aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Group Exercise and Fitness Instruction, with the ability to lead group classes and tailor sessions to diverse fitness levels
• Experience in Fitness Training and a strong understanding of the Fitness Industry
• Strong Customer Service skills to build positive relationships and support client needs
• Relevant certifications in fitness training or group exercise instruction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to achieve their health and fitness goals
• Experience in providing a safe and professional fitness environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
