FITNESS SALES EXECUTIVE

FitClub Gym is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to become a valuable addition to our team. Your primary role will involve converting potential leads into gym memberships, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving monthly sales targets. Responsibilities include converting walk-ins and leads into gym memberships, conducting facility tours to explain membership benefits, consistent follow-up with leads through calls and messages, fostering strong relationships with members to enhance renewals and referrals, and contributing towards daily and monthly sales objectives. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in fitness, hospitality, or aviation industries. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a goal-driven mindset and a professional appearance.
