Job Description

1. Conduct Training Sessions – Lead group classes or one-on-one sessions according to client needs and fitness levels. 2. Assess Client Needs – Evaluate fitness levels, health history, and personal goals to design customized training plans. 3. Create Workout Programs – Develop structured exercise routines focusing on strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall health. 4. Demonstrate Techniques – Teach proper exercise form, posture, and use of gym equipment to ensure safety. 5. Motivate & Guide Clients – Encourage members to stay consistent and push towards their goals. 6. Track Progress – Monitor and record client progress through regular assessments and feedback. 7. Maintain Safety Standards – Ensure safe training practices and enforce gym/organization safety rules. 8. Educate on Nutrition & Lifestyle – Provide basic guidance on healthy eating, rest, and habits (within certification scope). 9. Stay Updated – Keep knowledge current on new fitness trends, training techniques, and certifications. 10. Maintain Professionalism – Represent the gym/company in a positive manner with punctuality, discipline, and good communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
