Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer

Job Description: You will be working as a Fitness Trainer specializing in Strength and Conditioning at FX Wellness & Sports Tech. Your role will involve leading and motivating clients to optimize their physical performance and achieve their fitness objectives. Your main responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive fitness assessments, designing individualized strength and conditioning programs, providing hands-on instruction during training sessions, monitoring clients" progress, and educating them on strength training principles, nutrition, and recovery. Qualifications: - Certified Personal Trainer with specialization in strength and conditioning. - Proven experience working with clients in a fitness training capacity. - Strong knowledge of strength training principles, exercise physiology, and nutrition. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for empowering women through fitness. - CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
