Job Summary Should Manage and Handle all the enquires generated through Walk-ins, Leads and Telephone. Responsible for conversion of enquires and leads into memberships. Prompt updation of the day to day sales and member details. Responsibilities and Duties To attend all the enquiries and accordingly collect the filled in enquiry sheets. Members Details should be maintained in the respective register. Should convert the enquiry by highlighting the values of the Studio. Follow up calls should be made on daily basis to the enquires and members for renewal if any. Should have a frequent check on the trainers if work out and assessments cards are given to the members. Should be capable of handling the social media account of the Studio. Key Skills Good Communication Skills, Multitasking, Sales & Marketing techniques,Hands on Digital Marketing skills. To asses the client's Fitness requirements. Should provide workout schedule for the members based on the assessment. Demonstrating exercises and routines to clients. Awareness of safety and good workout practices. To achieve targets set by the management. General Trainer : To provide client's general body assessment. Observe the client's workout and instruct them on correct techniques to improve fitness. To ensure clients satisfaction. Personal Trainer : Monitor clients’ progress and adapt workouts as needed. To provide information or resources about nutrition, weight control and lifestyle issues. To achieve the monthly PT targets.
