You are a Fitness Consultant (Sales) at CultFit Hennur, Bangalore, India. Your role is crucial in assisting individuals in leading healthier lives by recommending suitable fitness plans and services. Your primary responsibilities include achieving and surpassing sales targets, engaging with potential customers through various channels, conducting consultations, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new members. - Achieve and exceed sales targets for memberships, classes, and fitness-related products/services. - Proactively engage with potential customers through calls, emails, walk-ins, and social media. - Conduct consultations with potential clients to understand their fitness goals and suggest appropriate services. - Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing sales and post-sale follow-up. You must provide an exceptional and personalized experience for both new and existing members, conduct fitness assessments, explain CultFit offerings, and establish strong relationships with members to enhance retention and engagement. Collaboration with fitness trainers and team members is essential to ensure a cohesive member experience, support team-based initiatives, promotions, and campaigns to drive sales. - Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions. - Offer regular feedback and sales reports to the Sales Manager. As a Fitness Consultant, you need to stay updated with the latest fitness trends and competitive landscape, sharing feedback with management to enhance service offerings and member experience. Qualifications for this role include 0-3 years of sales experience, excellent communication skills, a focus on customer service, a passion for fitness and wellness, sales acumen, and proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and basic reporting tools. A background in sports, fitness, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
