Roles and Responsibilities:

• To supervise on-site installation according to drawings.
• Managing on-site force (Sk (Skilled and illed labor, les less than 30 people)
• Plan and deliver project schedules.
• material calculation & order as per Shop Dwg & BOQ
• Client handling and meeting client expectations timely.
• Ability to read drawings and execute according to drawings
• Travel may be required based on project location
• Measurement, BOQ , variation, emailing, handover & billing

Preferred Candidates:

• Experience in buildings; quality interior works are required only.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
• Positive attitude and confidence to work independently.
• Problem solver that will deliver results
• Experience: Minimum 2 years

Education:

Diploma or degree in Civil/Mechanical or electrical engineering/interior

Key Skills:

• Site Execution of Terrazzo Flooring Installation / Cast-in-situ Flooring
• Interiors execution
• Interior finishing
