Job Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards and Organization requirements. Define processes, templates, guidelines, and checklists to enable efficient delivery and operations. Identify areas for improvement within the QMS and participate in initiatives to enhance quality processes and practices. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of quality objectives with overall business goals. Maintain records and documentation related to quality activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of the QMS through regular audits. Plan and manage QMS release. Conduct trainings and sessions on Quality Management System for the organization. Impart trainings to delivery teams. Monitor and implement changes to the relevant Quality system artefacts and ensure quality systems are kept up to date. Manage Process Improvements (track the Process Improvement suggestions to closure). Conduct Process Induction for new joiners. Experience: Essential - 2 - 4 years of relevant quality related experience in large IT service / Analytics organization. In-depth knowledge of quality management principles. Hands-on experience on Software project audits both in waterfall and agile methodologies. Problem Solving techniques (7 QC tools - Fishbone Analysis, Histogram, Pareto Analysis, Scatter diagram, Process Flow diagram, Control Charts etc.). In-depth knowledge of Project Management (Risk Management, Change Management, Scope Mgmt., Time Mgmt., etc.) Excellent communication skills (written and oral) to effectively communicate quality goals, procedures, and expectations to employees in the organization. Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in quality documentation, processes, and inspections. Experience in conducting internal audits Understanding Quality Metrics should be able to evaluate project health based on metrics. Desired - Experience of providing process consultancy w.r.t. implementation of quality delivery processes. Experience of managing external audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Knowledge of BPM tools & Techniques. Knowledge w.r.t. Statistical Process Control, Quantitative Project Management. Understanding of CMMI framework. Knowledge on ISO. Understanding of project management tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps etc. Understanding of Statistical tools like Minitab etc. Awareness w.r.t. security compliances, ISO 27001 etc. Awareness on developing and implementing Prediction Models. Advanced hands-on knowledge of Office 365, Excel, VBA and dashboards in Excel. Experience of automating processes (Internal audits, Risk, Project Mgmt.) Education: Bachelor s degree in business or technology (any specialization) Post-graduation preferred. In-depth understanding and relevant certifications in total quality management, project management, statistical process control, six sigma, kaizen, agile, lean and other methodologies is essential.
