FIREOFFICER

Fire & Safety

  • Maintain and monitor the Fire alarm system, Firefighting system & Fire suppression system are in good working condition at all times.
  • Prepare fire orders and fire operational plans and get them promulgated.
  • To provide regular training to the employees of the buildings in the use of firefighting equipment provided on the premises and provide them information about the Fire evacuation plan procedure.
  • Keep proper liaison with the city fire brigade and maintain NOC renewal records.
  • Ensure that all fire & safety precautionary measures are observed at the times.
  • Managing the Fire system vendors for preventive maintenance schedules and regular follow-up.
  • Maintain fire incident and accident record. Investigate and produce reports on occurring fire incidents, false alarm and give advice on future prevention.
  • Updating the list of ERT members & basic fire safety training
  • Ensure vendors & workers perform with fire safety compliance.
  • Maintaining emergency contacts for the emergency purpose.
  • Perform regular fire safety inspections of the facility, ensuring that they meet all necessary codes and regulations.
  • Identify any code violations or failures and is responsible for addressing these violations.
  • Co-ordinate half yearly evacuation drill.
  • Maintaining emergency contacts for the emergency purpose.
