Fire Life Safety Manager

As a skilled professional in this role, you will be responsible for the following key activities: - Conducting regular testing and maintenance of life safety equipment. - Providing life safety training to employees and ensuring they are well-prepared in case of emergencies. - Implementing and maintaining fire and smoke compartmentation measures to enhance safety. - Ensuring escape ways are clear and easily accessible in case of evacuation. - Utilizing loss & prevention manual to prevent any potential hazards. - Collaborating with the security department to ensure seamless coordination in emergency situations. - Overseeing new projects and alteration works to ensure compliance with life safety standards. - Building and maintaining positive relationships with relevant authorities to ensure adherence to regulations and standards. You will need to meet the following qualifications for this role: - Relevant experience in life safety, fire safety, or a related field. - Knowledge of local regulations and standards related to life safety. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external authorities.,
