Fire Life Safety Manager

As a part of this role, you will be responsible for various tasks related to life safety equipment and testing. This includes ensuring that all life safety equipment is properly maintained and tested according to regulations. You will also be involved in providing life safety training to staff members to ensure their awareness and preparedness in case of emergencies. Another key aspect of this position is overseeing fire and smoke compartmentation within the premises. This involves implementing measures to prevent the spread of fire and smoke in order to safeguard occupants and property. You will also be in charge of maintaining escape ways clear and accessible for safe evacuation during emergencies. Additionally, you will be responsible for referring to the loss & prevention manual to mitigate potential risks and prevent incidents. Collaborating closely with the security department is also a crucial part of this role to ensure a coordinated approach towards safety and security measures. In this role, you will be involved in overseeing new projects and alteration works to ensure that all safety requirements are met. Building and maintaining positive relationships with authorities and regulatory bodies will also be a key part of your responsibilities to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,
