Job Title: Business Development Manager – Education Sector Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu Job Type: Full-time Experience: 4–5 years (Preferred: Education/EdTech sector) Salary: Competitive Fixed Pay + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives Job Overview: We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead student outreach and enrollment efforts for our fast-growing education academy based in Chennai. Key Responsibilities: Promote our flagship programs (US CMA, CPA, B.Com International Finance, etc.) to students in schools, colleges, and coaching institutes. Plan and execute seminars, webinars, and career awareness sessions to engage potential students. Generate and nurture leads through structured follow-ups via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings. Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets. Use CRM tools to manage leads, track performance, and analyze conversion metrics. Build long-term relationships with institutions and career counselors. Work closely with the academic and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and student support. Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and student expectations. Qualifications & Requirements: Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in sales or business development. Prior experience in the education sector is highly preferred. Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and follow-up skills. Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms. Willingness to travel locally for student interactions and outreach events.
